Returns & Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Since each item is custom-made, we kindly ask that you review all sizing details carefully before placing your order. However, if an issue arises, please contact us at orders@getrizzin.com to begin the return process.

**Returns**
- You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

**How to start a return**
1. Contact us at orders@getrizzin.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange.

**Refunds**
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
